Looking to take your athletic performance to the next level? Whether you’re a young athlete just starting out or a seasoned competitor, our Speed & Agility camp is designed to help athletes in grades 3-8 dominate their game and outshine the competition—no matter the sport.

What to Expect:

  • Intense Training: Build strength, speed, and quickness with cutting-edge drills that challenge you to push past your limits.
  • Expert Coaching: Learn proper running form, improve coordination, and develop techniques used by top athletes.
  • Inclusive for All Sports: Whether you play soccer, baseball, lacrosse, football, or any other sport, this camp will elevate your game.

With separate groups for 3rd/4th and 5th-8th, our tailored approach ensures each athlete gets the attention and challenge they need.

  • 5:15-6:10pm - 3rd/4th grade
  • 6:15-7:10pm - 5th-8th grade

Join the Practice & Play League , the perfect opportunity for young players to learn, grow, and have fun in a team setting! 🏟 What to Expect : Weekly sessions combining skill-building practices and small-sided, non-competitive games . A focus on teamwork, fun, and skill development in an encouraging environment. All sessions led by Elite FT Coaches , ensuring a high-quality, engaging experience for every player. ⚽ Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills or simply enjoy the game with friends, the Practice & Play League is for you!
