FUNCTIONAL FITNESS-ADULTS

What is it?

A tight-knit community of adults who share a passion for maintaining a regular workout routine. This group of like-minded individuals thrives on the camaraderie and mutual motivation they find while exercising together, all without the need for a dedicated coach. They begin their sessions with a collective warm-up before embarking on a strength-focused movement, which is followed by a MetCon workout. Although personalized guidance from a coach may not be available, participants wholeheartedly support and inspire one another within the group dynamic, fostering a strong sense of community and shared accomplishment.

We looked into the small group sessions with Elite FT when our kids became vocal about really wanting to set themselves apart…they were very serious about the game and their desire to advance. The small group sessions have been a game changer. Their confidence has soared. They are strong on the ball, their first touch is great, and they look forward to these weekly sessions. These trainers lead by example. They are professional, knowledgeable in their field, and are just really talented players themselves. The coaches at Elite FT really know our kids, their strengths and weaknesses. They tailor each session with an end result in mind. We see the skills they are mastering played out in games. They push them, encourage them, and celebrate their successes. Our son broke his arm two games into his first season of soccer. When he was able to return, we started him with 1-1 sessions because we were worried he would be behind after missing the entire season and training. Aaron training with David was great, he really improved over the 12 sessions. He won player of the week two weeks in a row with his club. His foot skills improved significantly and his range and quickness passing also improved. David was awesome, I think he kept Aaron engaged and gave him a ton of confidence. I also think he gave Aaron a sense of responsibility during his training sessions by asking him what he wanted to do to get better. I told David we are just taking a break and will ask for him again if he is available to train Aaron. Overall we are happy with the training and will do it again.
