Since 2002, Elite FT has been the elite soccer training program in the Metro East. We’ve helped thousands of individual players from beginners to advanced up their game. All of our trainers are experienced athletes who combine their knowledge with structured routines to help players of every age learn the fundamentals of soccer and gain a passion for the game.
SOCCER CLASSES
Ages 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14
Elite FT is committed to every player’s potential from day one. We continue individual skill development and game awareness with our soccer classes, implementing age-appropriate games and activities to challenge these young players as they grow with the game. Join a once-a-week program or sign up for a membership and your athlete can attend unlimited soccer classes in Glen Carbon and O’Fallon for $65-85 a month.
SPEED & AGILITY
Ages 8-9, 10-11, 12-14
Are you ready to take your game to the next level? Whether you're a young aspiring athlete looking to improve your skills or a seasoned player seeking to refine your performance, our Speed & Agility classes are the perfect opportunity for athletes aged 8-9 and 10-11, 12-14 to boost their athleticism, enhance their agility, and leave the competition in the dust. Along with an intense training session, athletes can expect to learn proper running form and be pushed to their limits. These year-round classes are offered in The Annex in Glen Carbon.
SUMMER CAMPS
Pre-K; K-8th; High School
Our weeklong Summer Soccer Camps are SAFE, educational and fun! These camps are for everyone from soccer newbies to more advanced athletes, looking to be a part of a small group, sharpen their skills, and think strategically on the field. Sign up your child, or sign up with friends, and we’ll place them in the same soccer group. In June, July and August we offer over 20 camps throughout the metro east. Mornings, evenings and all day camp options are available.
JOIN OUR ELITE Membership Program!
If your child can’t get enough soccer, we’ve created a program just for them! As an Elite Member, your athlete can attend unlimited soccer classes all year for $60-100 a month, depending on the program. Add a second child as a member at half the price with our add-on membership option. Additional benefits include:

- 10% off private training or organized small group training
