Roxie Strange 

Program Director

From Granite City, IL, Roxie is Elite FT’s Program Director and joined us back in 2015. Her roles include helping lead the Admin Team, marketing and creating/overseeing programs that make Elite FT as superb as it is today. Roxie lives in Edwardsville, IL with her husband, Tim, and two children, Moxley (11) and Remy (9). She also has a step-daughter, Olivia (21). Roxie enjoys music, going to sporting events, and playing with her kids. Sports have been a huge part of her life as she was a part of the NJCAA All-American Team for 1997 and 1998. She was awarded the MVP Award in 1999 and 2000 for McKendree College and was inducted into the Lewis and Clark Community College Hall of Fame in 2010. After that, the player became the coach as she moved on to Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at McKendree College from 2001 to 2003. She then advanced to Head Women’s Soccer Coach at St. Louis Community College from 2004 to 2005. After gaining her MBA in 2008, she became the Director of Financial Aid for Missouri College until she transitioned back to be closer to home and joined Elite FT.
