Paul Daniels

Staff Director

From Alton, IL, Paul joined Elite FT in 2013 and now holds the position of Staff Director. With the significant task of ensuring that the 50+ part-time employees both understand company policies and coach The Elite Way, Paul plays a pivotal role in the organization. His responsibilities range, from hiring and training to scheduling staff, all while upholding and fostering the rich tradition and culture of the EFT Family. 

Coach Paul will assist in the implementation of our soccer training programs, often coaching and directing at various Elite FT sites throughout the metro east. Before his full-time commitment, Coach Paul demonstrated his dedication as an Elite FT Coach and on-site Director. During this period, he balanced his roles while attending Alton High School, followed by further studies at Culver-Stockton College and SIUE. 

Currently, Coach Paul resides in Bethalto, IL. Outside of his professional commitments with Elite FT, he finds joy in unwinding and spending quality time with friends and family.
