Karla Merlak

Administrator

Originally from Polo, IL, Karla became a part of the Elite FT family when she took on the role of Administrator in February 2023. Her day-to-day responsibilities encompass member and customer communication, providing unwavering support to our Admin Team, and efficiently handling general office tasks. 

Karla resides in Maryville, IL, where she lives with her husband, Heath, and their youngest daughter, Ricki (19). Karla also has two married daughters, Samantha (32) and Matisen (27), and her awesome grandsons, Reed (6) and Tanner (2). She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandsons, hiking alongside her two Australian Shepherds and traveling. 

With a background spanning 11 years, Karla is no stranger to the youth soccer realm. Her expertise stems from her significant collaborations with prominent youth soccer clubs and institutions within the area.
