David Cole 

Soccer Director

From O’Fallon, IL, David Cole is one of our Soccer Directors who has been with us since 2015. His roles include playing a huge part in coaching, directing, as well as being a part of the office admin team. He currently resides in Maryville, IL and loves fishing, golf, watching and playing soccer, and anything outdoors! David has a reputable amount of experience of soccer, as he played for OTHS from 2007 to 2011 and was named All-Sectional Team his junior and senior year. His first year of college at Greenville, he was nominated All-Tournament Team after winning the SLAIC Championship. After that, he transferred to Belhaven in Jackson, MS and won the NAIA National Championship in 2012 and remained in the top 25 nationally ranked teams his whole time there. He then graduated from McKendree in 2016. After college, David decided to move into the role of coaching and was the volunteer Assistant with McKendree Men's team in 2016 as well as the Assistant Boys and Girls Soccer coach at OTHS since 2016. More recently, he was Assistant Coach for the 2021 Class 3a Girls State Soccer Champions. Coach David loves working for Elite FT because of “the atmosphere we create in all of our sessions and being able to give an athlete confidence and belief in themselves.”
