PROGRAMS FOR ALL ATHLETES
The Annex is 1,300 sq feet of training space turfed with brand new artificial grass that does not require the rubber infill. It is located inside The Sports Academy in Glen Carbon, IL in the northeast corner of the building. The room is well-equipped with an Icon Fast Feet, VALD Performance SmartJump & SmartSpeed technology, 3 foldable wall squat racks, 2 full sets of dumbbells, barbells, weighted sleds, ropes, tires and more.
We offer private and small group soccer training, Sports Performance and weight training for kids of all ages and sports as well as a Bootcamp and Functional Fitness classes for adults. Groups can also rent the turf for their own personal, small group, team training or event.

PRIVATE TRAINING
Our new training area is the perfect place for athletes to hone their technical abilities in an intimate environment. In our turfed gym space athletes will be pushed through high level foot skills and footwork drills tailored to their needs. We will focus on only 1-2 training topics per 6 sessions in order to achieve maximum improvement.
Customers may choose from the following:
- General skills training
- Foot skills
- Weak foot
- Passing
- Receiving
- 1v1 attacking/defending
- A Sports Performance topic (running form, footspeed, agility)
- Elite FT Coach’s choice based on what he/she sees in the athlete
ORGANIZED SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training
Birth Year Technical Training: Intense technical training taught in a small group environment. Players should expect to be pushed to their technical limits through ball manipulation in tight spaces with all parts of both feet. Quick feet activities such as ladders and mini hops. AND...each player will spend time in Elite FT's brand new Icon Fast Feet where their scores will be logged in their player profile for future self-competition.
The staff for this camp will be our most experienced Elite FT Directors!

ICON FAST FEET
All Ages
30 min rental of the Icon Fast Feet. Includes an Elite FT employee on site to help get the athlete/s started as well as explain the different skill games the technology provides. Bring your ball and a water and be prepared to have some Fast FeetFUN!
