Speed & Conditioning is for all athletes ages 10+. This program focuses on running technique and fitness. This program will improve the athletes speed, overall conditioning, and self-confidence. Our approach is based on the most up-to-date research. We will emphasize improvement on stride frequency, proper foot and arm mechanics, and overall conditioning. The athletes hard work will be transferred to their sport.

  • Saturdays, 9:00-9:55am

  • Wednesdays, 6:30-7:25pm (Spring 1 & 2)

  • Tuesdays, 6:30-7:25pm
  • Wednesdays, 6:30-7:25pm


  • Sundays, 3:30-4:25pm (Winter 1 and Winter 2 only)
