SPEED & CONDITIONING TRAINING | AGES 10+

Speed & Conditioning is for all athletes ages 10+. This program focuses on running technique and fitness. This program will improve the athletes speed, overall conditioning, and self-confidence. Our approach is based on the most up-to-date research. We will emphasize improvement on stride frequency, proper foot and arm mechanics, and overall conditioning. The athletes hard work will be transferred to their sport.
