Soccer Programs @ The Complex

Our soccer Ages 4-6 classes progress from fun soccer play to the actual introduction of organized, small-sided, yet non-competitive soccer games (scrimmages). Our 55 minutes classes deliver a structured, enjoyable approach to soccer. Experienced trainers employ fun games designed to encourage good sportsmanship, touches on the ball, goal scoring and cooperation.

Our Soccer Ages 6-9 program, the campers will start the session with 15 minutes of footskills. We will then progress to a topic of training. Finally in this 55 minute class, we will always finish with a small-sided, yet non-competitive soccer game.

Kids & Teen - Strength & Speed @ The Complex

These programs are for any girl or boy Ages 8-12 and 13-17  who are looking to increase strength and improve overall health through conditioning.

Our Certified Coaches will be running the sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness. We look forward to training you!

ADULT Boot Camp

Boot camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body-weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These boot camp classes are used to promote weight loss, build muscle, improve conditioning, and develop a camaraderie with fellow gym members.
