Winter Advanced Sports Performance Camps (Ages 13+)
Our Winter Advanced Sports Performance Camps are for serious athletes who are wanting to take their off season training to a new level! We focus on high-level speed, agility, power, and strength for athletes of any sport who intend to continue sports throughout high school and into college. This camp is also great for teens who are serious about making fitness part of their life and wanting to be a better athlete in fitness.
NOTE: Your athlete must meet at least one of the prerequisites to register for this camp:
- Athlete has participated in a previous Sports Performance camp with The Annex or Youth Fitness
- Athlete has previous experience in a gym setting
***If your athlete has not been a part of previous camps, but has experience, you will need to contact Courtney Kendrick at email@example.com to arrange an evaluation before your athlete can join this camp.

I have been working out at The Annex for 2 years now. I absolutely love it there! As a wrestler and football player, I wanted to get better in both sports. To get better, I was going to start working out, but I needed somewhere to learn the correct form and technique for lifting. So, I started training at The Annex with the Sports Performance group. It is a great gym, and there are some great coaches. All of the coaches are very nice and great at teaching the proper way to warm-up, lift, stretch, run, etc. It is also very well ran. Over the past 2 years, I have learned so much technique, have gotten a lot stronger, and have built up my endurance. I strongly encourage everyone to come and try it out!
