Billing Policies
  • All memberships are paid online
  • Membership fees automatically charge on a monthly basis (3) month minimum requirement
  • Monthly Membership fees are non refundable
  • Written notice via email is required to cancel all memberships: crystal@eliteft.com
  • Early cancellation fees will apply should minimum requirement not be met
  • We offer a 10% Military Discount
hold policies

Memberships can be placed on a temporary hold. This is a courtesy to accommodate the occasional vacation, illness or injury. To place a membership on hold, please e-mail crystal@eliteft.com with your requested hold dates and a confirmation that you understand the following hold conditions:

  • There are 3 hold options (1) month, (2) months, (3) months
  • The minimum hold period is one (1) month
  • The maximum hold period is three (3) months
  • Once (3) months of hold has been reached, the membership must either be reactivated, or it will be dropped and any remaining credit will be forfeited
  • Holds may terminate early at any time
  • There are no retroactive holds: You must let us know in advance if you wish to place you membership on hold
  • Upon expiration of the hold, the member’s account will automatically become active and payments will resume
  • Written request via email is required for any hold: crystal@eliteft.com
Membership cancellation Policies
  • Memberships can be cancelled by you at any time, but The Annex/Elite FT must receive notification seven (7) days prior to credit card processing via an email to crystal@eliteft.com.
  • It is your responsibility to give us notice before your payment has been charged. Once your credit card has been charged, we will not refund it.
  • If cancelled prior to (3) months, early cancellation fees will be charged
  • Early cancellation fees will be one (1) additional month fee
  • Memberships will not be refunded if you do not use your membership
  • Failure to attend training does not relieve you of your membership obligation
  • Should you cancel due to serious injury you are entitled to a prorated refund of the current month’s charges
  • When the membership is cancelled, all Elite FT training ceases the day of cancellation
Personal Training cancellation Policies
  • If you need to cancel a personal training session, you must contact your trainer via email or phone
  • You may cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance
  • If you have to cancel within 24 hours, you will still be charged for the session
  • If you must cancel within 24 hours for an emergency, depending on the trainer, you may be able to keep your session
  • If you are a no show for your training session, you will still be charged for the session
  • If you have paid for multiple sessions and you must cancel remaining sessions due to injury or a medical condition, you are entitled to a partial refund
Membership Benefits
  • Any member may purchase another membership as an add-on for $25 per membership. This includes a membership to The Annex (Boot Camp, Sports Performance, Kids Fit, and Functional Fitness is a premium add-on at $50), another soccer or speed membership, a Bosco’s Buddies membership or a Goalkeeper membership.
  • All members receive 10% off Private Training
  • As an Annex member, for $5 you can get an access card to our 24 hour gym, The Complex
  • Members only hours are included for ages 16+.  These hours are times when The Sports Academy is open but The Annex is not.  You can get a key from the front desk and enter the gym and workout at your convenience.
  • The Play House inside The Sports Academy is free if you are working out in the gym.

  • How do I know when Members only hours are avaialable?  Our website has these listed under schedule.  In Mindbody the members only hours are viewable to you as well.  
  • How do I get into the gym?  Once you are a member with The Annex, a coach will explain this process.
How do you keep the facility clean?

We ask our coaches and members to help by cleaning up after themselves.  We do have a cleaning schedule and someone who follows that for our equipment and floors.

Can a member bring a non-member friend to workout?

Yes!  We welcome your friends and family at our FREE Saturday workout so they can meet coaches and members and try out a class.  This class is suited for Boot Camp and Functional Fitness.

What is the age requirement in the gym?

We offer Kids classes all the way up to adult classes.  Currently our youngest age is 6 years old.

Is personal training available?
  • Yes!  We do offer one-on-one personal training and group personal training.
