New Year Challenge 2020

Start your New Year off right!
Come join us for a 12 week 2020 Nutrition/Fitness Challenge!
- Commit to 3 months of Boot Camp or Functional Fitness (unlimited classes) or Personal Training (at least 2 days a week) to become a member.
- For the challenge you should plan to workout at least 2 days a week
- Once you are a member, it is $25 to participate in the challenge

- Access to the Challenge Facebook Group
- A benchmark workout to track progress
- FREE meal ideas, tips and tricks
- Weigh ins, measurements, before/after pics – we will be doing the initial weight and measurements on January 3 and 4. We will do weigh ins every Friday and Saturday and measurements every 4 weeks. Before and after pictures are taken on your personal phone.
- Community to support you along the way
- 6 winners (one male & one female winner for most weight lost, most inches lost, best before/after picture) – You could WIN your money back!

Holiday/5 Year Anniversary Party
This year we combined our Holiday Party with the gyms 5 year anniversary party! Our theme was “ugly sweaters” and we had an “ugly” “uglier” and “ugliest” winner. Ardy the clown made balloon animals for the kids and we had a wonderful cake to celebrate our anniversary.
