Speed Training: The Key to Athletic Success
At Elite FT we recognize speed as the foundation for all great athletes. This is why Strength and Training is our core sports training program. Equipped with experienced, educated sports trainers, our fundamental speed training drills improve performance of athletes regardless of age or skill level. We train athletes ages 2 through 18, as well as college and professional. Our 6 week programs, while challenging, provide clear instruction on form and technique, but in a fun and competitive manner to ensure success for all participants. Our disciplined training style moves athletes out of their comfort zone to improve at every session, creating a more confident elite athlete.
Our Strength and Speed training programs are not sports specific. Speed training is critical in all sports. Our list of participants range from football, baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, tennis, volleyball, wrestling, hockey, to even bowling. The first to the finish line, the first to the ball, the first to get open, speed not only affects physical positioning in sports but gives players mental advantage over their opponents. At Elite FT our sports programs benefit all athletes, but our particular expertise is soccer training. Speed is the key ingredient to athletic success, but our speed training is just a starting point for soccer players. Our staff is comprised of former college and professional soccer athletes. Thoroughly educated with our soccer training process, former soccer athletes bring a wealth of experience, giving insight to students about strategy and game play along with soccer conditioning and soccer training drills. Our comprehensive programs are age specific and identify the growth of soccer skills at age appropriate levels. While our primary focus is footskills, we have a variety of programs to cover weak foot, 1 v 1 moves, defending, first touch, goal keeping and much more. Improving speed is critical, but pairing it with comprehensive soccer skills training will push you to the elite soccer player level.
Team training is essential to any success, but athletes who engage in individual sports training improve not only their physical abilities, but their overall team play. Individual training allows athletes to focus on improving deficiencies, while discovering ways to capitalize on their strengths. The result is a polished, confident, elite athlete, who will not only contribute more as a team player, but will have the courage to lead on the field. Our individual training sessions cover sports specific speed training, soccer training, football training, or a skill set of the athlete's choice.
